How is your meditation on scripture going? Here is a morning meditation that I found on YouTube. Try it out. Tomorrow morning (Wed.) there will be a morning prayer and meditation time at 6:45-7:15 in the church sanctuary. Give it a go and see if it makes a difference for you day. Blessings!

During my meditations two things impacted me the most that you spoke of on Sunday; 1) that you should read scripture as if God is doing the speaking and 2) have the Word fall on you as gentle and absorbing as a summer rain - what a fabulous visual that is for me!
I shall certainly "give it a go" for the morning prayer time tomorrow!
Great meditation. Would be great to incorporate with worship and project 6 minutes prior to service to help us prepare for worship.
